Secrets for Holiday Ordering

Take delivery of meats and roasts as early as possible and freeze them - poultry too! We will have a nicer selection, more time to prepare them properly, and less chance of shortages or mistakes. Please write down your order before calling and note what day you placed it for. Try to call early in the week (Mon-Wed) when we will have more time to discuss your holiday meals.
